Who knew beer bread and pizza crust could be so delicious! We did!
Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer, the world's first culinary beer is a smash hit, a perfect pairing with a variety of foods.
Not only is it great on it's own, but it's also the perfect choice for seasoning & marinades. And, of course it's fantastic when paired with Pizza. So we thought "why not make a pizza crust flavored with our beer"?
So, donning our chefs hats, we went to work. After a lot of trial & error, we found the perfect recipe for tasty, crisp pizza crust and our line of crust mixes was born.
Since then we have been expanding our offerings to include a variety of crust & bread mixes and seasonings, all of which when combined with our pizza beer create a one-of-a-kind taste experience. Of course, not everybody wants to use beer, and that's just fine! All of our mixes produce great results using other non-alcholic carbonated beverages, such as sparkling water.
